Role-based workflows

Sometimes you need to work in parallel within a team. In that case, use Lineouts to create roles that you can then link to one or more routines in the team. By connecting routines with a role, you can get workflows that are based on a role.

After creating one or more roles, you can link tasks in the schedule to a role. Start by clicking Admin for the routine you want the role to be responsible for. Scroll down slightly and assign a Role.

Coworkers assigned to a role will see their routines and much more on their personalized page
