NetOnNet Strengthens Its Way of Working Across the Chain with StoreSprint
After a successful pilot in nine warehouses, NetOnNet is now rolling out StoreSprint across the entire organization. This spring, a unified way of working and shared routines are being implemented across all 34 warehouses and at the head office in Borås. StoreSprint plays a central role in this process, creating clearer alignment between head office priorities and the day-to-day work.
When NetOnNet reviewed its way of working, the goal was to build a shared structure for how work is carried out across the chain and reduce variation between warehouses. The aim was to simplify, streamline, and bring greater clarity to day-to-day operations.
The pilot project was a key part of this effort. Routines were continuously tested and refined in the pilot to ensure the new way of working held up in practice.
Previously, information was spread across multiple channels, creating extra administration and manual follow-up work. StoreSprint changed that, and now everything is brought together in one shared flow. Tasks are clearly assigned, progress is visible in real time, and follow-up happens continuously.
Today, all central priorities, tasks, and campaigns are sent directly to the warehouses computers and handheld devices via StoreSprint, where work is carried out and tracked in real time.
For the warehouse staff, this means less administration and more time for operational work. It's clear what needs to be done, who is responsible, and what has been completed. Making it easier to prioritize and keep things moving.
For the head office in Borås, it provides a clearer picture of operations and better opportunities to work consistently across the chain, reduce variation between warehouses, and drive development with greater precision.
