StoreSprint is a fast-growing Swedish SaaS company that helps retail chains create clarity, rhythm and better execution in store operations. Our platform is used daily by thousands of store employees, and our customers include Rusta, K-Supermarket, ICA, Coop, Hemköp and McDonald’s. In Finland, StoreSprint has already launched with Rusta, Kesko/K-Supermarket and K-Citymarket, and we are now building a stronger local presence.

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure that our Finnish customers succeed with StoreSprint onboarding, gain concrete value from the platform quickly, and are able to use it effectively in operational management over the long term.

About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, developing customer relationships and ensuring that StoreSprint delivers value in the customer’s daily operations. You will work closely with store owners, store managers and chain organizations, as well as with StoreSprint’s Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.


This is a hands-on role combining customer work, training, analytics, operational understanding and commercial thinking. You will often work close to the customer — both digitally and on site in stores.

Your responsibilities 🤝

Onboarding and activation

You plan, coordinate and lead new customer onboarding from start to finish. You ensure that goals, timelines, responsibilities and success metrics are clear. You train users both remotely and on site in stores.


Customer development

You build and maintain strong customer relationships. You follow customer activity, usage levels and progress against goals. You identify potential challenges early and help customers get as much value as possible from StoreSprint.


Growth within existing customers

You identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customers and work together with the Sales team to grow both new and existing accounts.


Customer feedback and product development

You collect feedback, insights and development needs from customers and users. You share these systematically with the Product and Development teams so that StoreSprint continues to develop in line with customers’ everyday needs.


Customer communication and best practices

You contribute to customer communication, content and best practices, including newsletters, customer stories and the development of the customer community.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with people, understand customers’ day-to-day reality and get energy from seeing concrete impact in customer operations. You know how to build trust both at store level and with chain leadership, and you are able to combine practical execution, data and commercial thinking.

We believe you will succeed in the role if you have:

  • experience in customer-facing work, for example in Customer Success, B2B account management, onboarding, training or customer-responsible service roles

  • understanding of retail, store operations, service business or operational management

  • the ability to train, guide and inspire users

  • strong communication and interaction skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is considered a plus

  • an analytical and structured way of working: you can interpret customer data, identify challenges and turn insights into practical actions

  • willingness to travel regularly to customers in Finland, as well as a valid driving licence

Experience from chain-led organizations, franchise environments, training roles or a fast-growing SaaS/startup environment is considered an advantage.

You will report primarily to StoreSprint’s Commercial Lead Finland and work closely with the Swedish Customer Success team.
