What did you see as the most important reason for Rusta needing a tool like StoreSprint?
StoreSprint fills gaps where we didn’t have adequate system support for some of our operational processes in the stores. It replaces parts of our ERP that face store staff, with a faster and better interface. Digitalization and efficiency at their best.
What has the implementation of StoreSprint meant for Rusta from a technical perspective?
It’s been easy to connect our existing systems to StoreSprint. User management through Entra ID has worked well, and the smart feature of connecting new handheld devices via QR code has made logging in something you don’t even have to think about. Through our integration platform, we’ve easily been able to send and receive data via StoreSprint’s well-documented APIs.
What business value have you seen since introducing StoreSprint?
It has contributed to more efficient processes, better decision support, and fewer communication errors.
If you were to describe StoreSprint as an investment – how would you define the return (ROI)?
StoreSprint started as a tool to stop printing paper and save the environment. What we’ve seen is increased efficiency and a tool for our store employees that we can grow with and continue developing. I see StoreSprint as a strategically important solution for digitizing and streamlining many of our operational processes in the stores.
It’s a big efficiency boost for administration. We free up time for customers, we free up time for training. Right now, we’re saving about an hour per day [per warehouse]. That’s a lot of hours, and there’s still more potential to find.
